How do I book an appointment?

Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in?

I recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability. If you’re in the area and need a quick fix, give me a call at 806-370-7343 to check if I have time.

Can I change, reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes of course! As a courtesy please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This ensures that I have ample time to fill your spot as my time is valuable. Also, you may change which services you receive at the time of your appointment. You are never obligated to any particular service.

How do I know which service to book?

Please refer to the service page on this website or the service menu on my Instagram to see which service could be right for you. If you're still unsure after reading the descriptions, feel free to contact me directly, and I’ll help guide you through the options based on your needs and hair goals. Sometimes a consultation before booking will be needed to go over what is right for you.

What to do if you have special needs or need certain accommodations?

Everyone is welcome in my chair. If you or your loved one have any sensory, mobility, or communication needs, please let me know. I’m happy to adjust the experience to make you feel safe and comfortable.

How do I know if hair extensions are right for me?

Honestly if you want them! Seriously though you are a great candidate for hair extensions if you want longer hair instantly, you want more volume, or you want a color change but don’t want to use any chemicals. Book a consultation with me so we can discuss which option is right for you.

How can I keep my hair healthy?

Home care and maintenance is especially important for hair health. I can only do so much during your appointment and so it is going to come down to you. It is my priority to maintain hair integrity during our sessions together, however it’s your job to manage it at home.

How do I take care of my hair after coloring or a chemical treatment?

Hair can be fragile after a chemical service. You want to take care of it by waiting to wash it for at least 24 hours after your appointment, using a color safe or hydrating shampoo and conditioner, using a deep conditioning mask weekly, limiting heat styling and using a heat protectant. Most clients take my advice and switch to a silk pillowcase and hair scrunchies. I will also give you specific aftercare instructions based on the service you are receiving at your appointment. How can I keep my color vibrant for longer?

There are many ways and we can discuss more at your appointment. Here are just a few ways that can help keep your color vibrant for longer. Use a color safe shampoo, use cooler water when washing, deep condition weekly, avoid heat styling when possible, and get regular hair trims with a gloss or toner to refresh the color in between appointments.
